Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Allstar Collision Experts, we stand behind our work. We are proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all collision repairs, valid for as long as you own the vehicle.

General Warranty Terms

  • Allstar Collision Experts warrants repairs against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of your ownership.

  • We will repair any parts that prove defective due to improper workmanship or materials, at no cost to you for parts or labor.

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner named on the work order.

  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from unreasonable use, lack of maintenance, or neglect.

Coverage Breakdown

1. Metalwork

  • Lifetime warranty on all metalwork, including welding and materials used in repairs.

  • Coverage includes cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration—excluding rust repairs.

  • If an issue arises while the vehicle is under your ownership, we will repair and repaint the affected area unless the damage is due to misuse or neglect.

2. Painting (Using Spies Hecker Products)

  • Your vehicle's finish is covered against:

    • Peeling or delamination of the topcoat

    • Cracking or checking

    • Loss of gloss caused by paint defects

  • Covered failures must be caused by defective Spies Hecker refinishing products.

  • Spies Hecker representative inspection is required for all paint-related claims.

Not Covered:

  • Rust or corrosion

  • Scratches, stone chips, or abrasions

  • Improper car wash products (non-automotive detergents or waxes)

  • Environmental damage (acid rain, chemicals, fallout)

  • Physical damage (accidents, vandalism, owner negligence)

3. Stripes & Decals

  • Limited warranty on the application and adhesion of stripes and decals.

  • Does not cover damage from environmental exposure, sunlight, or owner neglect.

  • We will reapply decals or stripes on affected sections as needed.

4. Mechanical Repairs

  • Lifetime warranty on mechanical repairs related to the original collision.

  • Excludes any failures due to abuse, lack of maintenance, or misuse.

5. Parts

  • Warranty on new, used, or remanufactured parts follows the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty.

  • Our installation workmanship is warranted for the life of your vehicle ownership.

  • We will repair or replace any warranted part that fails under normal use.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

This warranty is void if repairs are altered, adjusted, or tampered with by anyone not authorized by Allstar Collision Experts.

Excluded from this warranty:

  • Towing fees, rental cars, travel costs

  • Components not directly repaired or replaced

  • Consequential damages from part failure

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is the only warranty provided by Allstar Collision Experts and outlines the full extent of our responsibility.
